About SereneCare Group
Personalised home care you can trust
SereneCare Group provides compassionate domiciliary and live-in care that allows people to live safely, comfortably, and independently in the home they love.
We support individuals who need a little extra help with daily life, whether that's due to age, illness, disability, or a long-term health condition. Whatever the circumstances, our approach is always the same: care that is built entirely around the person, their routines, their preferences, and what matters most to them.
Our mission is simple: To deliver care so good that families feel it, not just see it.

Our journey into home care
SereneCare Group was founded with a simple goal: to provide care that families can genuinely trust.
The company was established by Humzha Memon, whose professional background as a chartered accountant is combined with a deeply personal understanding of care. After both of his parents were diagnosed with dementia, he experienced firsthand the challenges families face when trying to find reliable and compassionate support. This experience shaped the values behind SereneCare.
The aim was to build a service that balances professional standards with genuine empathy. Today, SereneCare focuses on delivering high-quality home care that allows people to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving the support they need.
